Booking Terms and Conditions
 

1. General Terms & Conditions

• All rates are in Qatari Riyals (QAR).
• Rates are valid from 5 to 17 May 2026.  
• Booking validity is until 14 May 2026.
• Hotel rates quoted in this package are inclusive of all taxes and fees known at the time of producing this package. Discover Qatar reserves the right to adjust without prior notice the quoted rates accordingly to reflect any increase or changes in the amount of government or municipality fees and/or taxes as applicable in this package.   
• This offer is subject to daily hotel allocation and as a result, all accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.  
• Discover Qatar reserve the right to change the rates of any of the hotels, excursions and other services.
• All accommodation must be pre-booked prior to the arrival date at the hotel. Any reservations made directly with a hotel do not qualify for the offer and cannot be amended by Discover Qatar without exception. 
• The standard check-in time for the hotel is 14:00hrs and check-out time is 12:00hrs, early check-in and check-out for the hotels are not guaranteed and should be booked in advance by booking an extra night at the time of booking to guarantee all early and late check out requests without exceptions.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion run by Discover Qatar, Qatar Airways, Partners or the participating hotels. Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and we reserve the right to offer an alternative hotel of a similar standard. No liability will be accepted where flight bookings have been made and/or tickets issued if no hotel availability exists       
• All extra charges incurred during the stay (e.g. meals, laundry, room service, telephone etc.) are the responsibility of the guest and need to be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out and a credit card will be requested upon check-in as security against other services which are offered at an additional charge.
• Discover Qatar reserve the right to cancel any Promotional booking that does not meet these terms & conditions.

2. General Cancellation Policy

• If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your booking once a booking has been confirmed and an invoice or receipt has been issued, the Lead Name must notify their Agent (or Discover Qatar if the booking was made directly with Discover Qatar) in writing.
• Specific and more restrictive cancellation charges will apply during peak periods e.g. public holidays, exhibitions, conferences, special events, Eid Holidays will be advised at the time of booking.          
• Hotel cancellation policy applies.       

3. Offer Exclusions

• This offer is not available for guests whose final destination is not Qatar.
• This offer is not valid for guests originating their journey from Qatar.
• Visas are not provided for within this promotion.          
• No liability will be accepted where flight bookings have been made and/or tickets issued if no hotel availability exists.          
• The offers are not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
