Book your private airport transfers during FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022^TM and make every journey safe and reliable with Discover Qatar.

When making your booking you will need to provide your flight details and international contact number so we can keep track of your arrival and contact you if there is any delay or emergency.

For arrivals

from Hamad International Airport (HIA) or Doha International Airport (DIA) to the hotel

Select your arrival pick-up time at least 1 hour after your estimated flight arrival time
Choose your drop-off from more than 70 locations around Doha
On arrival at the airport please approach the Discover Qatar desk in the arrivals hall with your booking confirmation voucher

For departures

from the hotel to Hamad International Airport (HIA) or Doha International Airport (DIA)

Select your departure pick-up time at least 4 hours before your flight departure time
Choose your drop-off to HIA or DIA
At the hotel: your driver will report at the hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to selected departure time holding a sign with your name

Maximum occupancy of 3 adults
1 piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 32kg (66lb) and a maximum dimension of 300cm (118in) is permitted per guest. Please check that your luggage meets these requirements otherwise you will need to upgrade to a larger vehicle and may need to pay additional charges.

Luggage beyond the vehicle capacity as specified
Oversize luggage
Travel insurance
Anything else not specified in the inclusions

Transfers are nonrefundable and non changeable.
All services are subject to availability at the time of booking
Rates are quoted in USD or QAR on a per service for private transfers
Bookings must be confirmed no later than 3 days prior to customer arrival in Qatar, either online through your client’s respective access or through Discover Qatar’s reservations team
All services are valid for FIT and Group bookings made prior to arrival
Above services are inclusive of driver, vehicle and bottled water as per capacity only, and do not include airport coordinators unless explicitly specified in the booking voucher.
Maximum waiting time at airport is 90 minutes (from flight landing time) and 15 minutes for hotel pick-ups, customers failing to reach their transfers within specified period shall be considered no-show
Vehicle luggage capacity has been set with airline luggage standards in mind, the capacity does not include oversize objects and equipment requiring special handling (sporting equipment, wheel chair etc.) which must be advised in advance and is subject to separate provision and cost
Discover Qatar has the right to suspend, withdraw, amend or cancel any of above offered services at any time without prior notice. A comparable replacement or refund will be offered for existing bookings
Vehicle types assigned and pick-up and drop-off routing remains at the discretion of Discover Qatar
