Your hospitable English speaking driver will meet you at your chosen pick-up point holding a sign with your name so you can locate him easily.

Once your service has commenced, you will instruct the driver on the locations which you wish to travel to. The driver will choose the most appropriate route, however please ensure you plan for possible delays caused by likely heavy traffic conditions, and make sure you are aware of any road closures or restrictions which may extend your journey time.

All guests are asked to be respectful to the driver at all times. Anti-social and abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the service being curtailed.

Luggage weight & dimension: As per the baggage allowance per vehicle, maximum weight of 32kg (66lb) and a maximum dimension of 300cm (118in) is permitted

Luggage beyond the vehicle capacity as specified in the vehicle description
Oversize luggage
Travel insurance
VAP (Vehicle Access Permits) are not provided with this vehicle. Restricted roads will not be accessible. This includes Stadium perimeters
No guide services are included
No entry fees or arrangements are included for any venues or attractions

All services are subject to availability at the time of booking
Bookings must be confirmed no later than 1 days prior to customer arrival in Qatar, either online through your client’s respective access or through Discover Qatar’s reservations team
All services are valid for FIT bookings made prior to arrival
It is the responsibility of the customer to instruct the driver what their destination is and discover Qatar does not take responsibility for late arrival due to high traffic volumes or road closures.
The vehicles do not have a Vehicle Access Pass and therefore no direct access to the stadium or access to any roads that are closed due to restrictions
Services are inclusive of driver, vehicle and bottled water as per capacity only, and do not include airport coordinators unless explicitly specified in the booking voucher.
Vehicle luggage capacity has been set with airline luggage standards in mind, the capacity does not include oversize objects and equipment requiring special handling (sporting equipment, wheel chair etc.) which must be advised in advance and is subject to separate provision and cost
Discover Qatar has the right to suspend, withdraw, amend or cancel any of above offered services at any time without prior notice. A comparable replacement or refund will be offered for existing bookings
In case the government of Qatar introduces new fees or charges applicable to the Services, Discover Qatar reserves the right to revise the above rates
