Whalesharks of Qatar and Complimentary night stay at Fuwairit Kite Beach Promotion Terms & Conditions

  • Book your Discover the Whale Sharks of Qatar - Daily Explorer and get a complimentary night stay at FKB. To avail this special offer please call us on +974 4144 5150 or email whalesharks@qatarairways.com.qa to make your booking.
  • Valid for the first 50 bookings only.
  • This offer is available for new bookings only. 
  • Travel validity until 31 August 2023 (All FKB - Fuwairit Kite Beach stays must be completed during this period).
  • This offer is available per person on twin share basis only. For single room bookings a single supplement of QAR 125 will apply.
  • Maximum occupancy is 2 adults per room or 1 adult and 1 child up to 12 years old in the same room. For bookings with 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child, two rooms will be allocated – one twin share and one single. In this case the 3rd adult will pay the single supplement.
  • The complimentary night is on a Bed & Breakfast basis.
  • This offer is applicable to Twin Kite Rooms only and is subject to availability, on a first come, first served basis. Please note: there is limited availability on Friday nights.
  • The room booking is considered final upon issuance of a Discover Qatar confirmation voucher.
  • The complimentary night benefit is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the person booked on the Whale Sharks of Qatar Tour.
  • Room upgrades are available with an upgrade fee equivalent to the difference between the upgraded room type and the Twin Kite room in the promotion.
  • All entitlements are valid on the dates stated and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Guests must present the following documents at the respective hotel's reception counter upon check-in:
    • Original identity document or passport
    • Discover Qatar confirmation voucher
  • Check-in is available at FKB is from 3 pm & Check-out time is 12 noon
  • Early check-in & late check-out is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
  • Lead guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. No extra bed allowed.
  • Any special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • By confirming a room reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to the stipulated terms and conditions.
  • In case your Whale Sharks of Qatar tour is cancelled due to unfavorable weather conditions:
    • You may choose to reschedule both your Whale Sharks departure and your FKB hotel stay free of charge. 
    • If you have utilized your FKB stay already and cannot reschedule your Whale Sharks of Qatar departure, you can request a refund for your WSoQ tour minus the full price of the stay at FKB.
