Tips:

For your utmost comfort, it is highly recommended that you change into swimwear or clothes that do not easily absorb water upon arrival.

Accessibility:

This tour is suitable for wheelchair bound customers, who have assistance, and guests with some mobility issues. Access to waterslides requires walking up a large number of steep steps. If you have any specific questions please contact us for more information.

Note:

• Taking food and beverages into the park is strictly prohibited.
• Appropriate swimwear is required when using the facilities within the waterpark and the beach. Thongs, transparent bathing suits, underwear, denim and very loose clothing such as abaya, dishdash or similar are not permitted in the water. Headscarves are allowed; however, they need to be properly secured without any loosely materials flowing outwards.
• Customers need to carry a valid ID proof such as Qatar ID, passport or driving license.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to enter Meryal Waterpark.
• Pregnant women, and guests with neck, back, joint or heart problems, overweight guests with physically limiting conditions, guests with injuries (casts, bandages, etc.) or contagious diseases are not permitted entry to the waterpark.
• Upon entry, guests and their possessions may undergo security checks. The supplier reserves the right to not allow any bag, parcel or other item inside the premises and to deal with any unattended object, bag or luggage in a way the supplier deems appropriate. No alcohol or illegal substances is permitted on the premises. Intoxicated guests will be refused entry.
