Book your Private Stadium Transfer and get stadium access to dedicated parking for any of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022^TM matches.

Your English speaking driver will collect you from your chosen destination 3 hours before the scheduled match time (4 hours before for matches at Al Bayt Stadium) to ensure that you don’t miss any of the action. You will be transported to the stadium and your vehicle will have dedicated parking for the duration of the match. After the match, your driver will take you to any location of your choice. You will have access to the vehicle and driver for up to 10 hours from the time you were picked up before the game.

The above luggage limits are based on one piece of luggage per person.

Your hospitable English-speaking driver will meet you at your chosen pick-up point holding a sign with your name so you can locate him easily. You will be transported directly to the stadium where your driver will be on stand-by at the same location for your return journey.

Once the match has finished, you will instruct the driver on the locations which you wish to travel to. The driver will choose the most appropriate route, however please ensure you plan for possible delays caused by likely heavy traffic conditions, and make sure you are aware of any road closures or restrictions which may extend your journey time.

All guests are asked to be respectful to the driver at all times. Anti-social and abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the service being curtailed.

Inclusions

Air-conditioning and Vehicle Access Parking Pass (VAPP) equipped vehicle with English speaking driver, for up to 10 hours
Pick-up from specified pickup points around Doha
Single Stadium permit for the selected match
Return transfer to your chosen location
Luggage weight & dimension: As per the baggage allowance per vehicle, maximum weight of 32kg (66lb) and a maximum dimension of 300cm (118in) is permitted
All fuel and public liability insurance are inclusive

Match tickets
Luggage beyond the vehicle capacity as specified in the vehicle description
Oversize luggage
Travel insurance
Anything else not specified in the inclusions
No guide services are included
No entry fees or arrangements are included for any venues or attractions

Vehicle equipped with a Vehicle Access Parking Pass (VAPP)
Vehicle will be available 15 minutes prior to the pick-up time from the pick-up location specified at the time of booking
Pick-up from the selected location will be 3 hours before the scheduled match time, except for matches at Al Bayt Stadium, which will be 4 hours before the scheduled match time

Cancellations, Changes to Booking, and No-Shows

Cancellation - Charge 100% anytime cancellation.
Amendment or Change - Amendment or changes to existing booking will not be permitted.
No-Show - Charge 100% of the booking

Terms and conditions

Vehicles are subject to availability at the time of booking
Rates are quoted in QAR/USD on a per vehicle basis
Bookings must be confirmed no later than 1 day prior to service utilisation, either online or through any of Discover Qatar’s point-of-sale
Service is inclusive of private vehicle and driver for up to 10 hours
Pick-up from the selected location will be 3 hours before the scheduled match time, except for match in Al Bayt Stadium, which will be 4 hours before the scheduled match time
Discover Qatar has the right to suspend, withdraw, amend or cancel any of above offered services at any time without prior notice.
In case the government of Qatar introduces new fees or charges applicable to the Services, Discover Qatar reserves the right to revise the above rates
