Stopover Terms and Conditions

1. The Stopover offer is valid for Qatar Airways and code-share confirmed ticket holders with a minimum transit time of 12 hours in Doha.
2. The Stopover offer is valid for a maximum of two bookings per ticket, one on the outbound, and one on the return sector of your trip.
3. All Stopover bookings are subject to availability.
4. A valid visa is required to enter the country.
5. Entry into Qatar will be at the discretion of the immigration authorities. Discover Qatar is not responsible for the decision taken by the immigration authorities.
6. Check-in dates at hotel must match flight arrival date in Doha. By making this booking you have accepted all terms and conditions which apply to the Stopover offer, in addition to conditions which may apply to the specific hotels, tours and services.
7. For flight disruptions, or amendments the customer must contact the call centre on +974-4144 5150 to amend the stopover hotel booking.

1. Stopover accommodation is booked on a room only basis and doesn’t include extras or incidental charges (e.g. laundry, Minibar, room services, etc.)
2. Each stopover night duration is up to 24 hour stay. A maximum of 4 nights can be booked under this offer depending on the flight journey.
3. Hotel reserves the right to charge the customer for any additional hours, Discover Qatar will not be responsible for the rates charged.
4. Valid Qatar Airways boarding pass and Stopover hotel booking confirmation to be presented at the hotel upon check-in to avail the room/s.
5. Name on the booking should match the name on the boarding pass.
6. Stopover confirmed bookings are non-transferable.

8. In case of visa rejections, bookings can be cancelled.
9. Maximum occupancy in a room is up to 2 adults and 1 child below 11 years of age using existing bedding.
10. Passengers below 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
11. Late check out subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed, charges may apply.
12. Any special requests like bedding, smoking/non-smoking rooms, connecting / adjacent rooms, etc. are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.
13. Once the travel has commenced, there is no refund available either on partially used tours or fully unutilised packages. Unused portion of any package or tour is non-refundable, cancellation of any service will result in 100% charges.

1. You may cancel your booking at any time prior 72 hours from the day of arrival. In the event of a refund to the Customer after the deductions of Fees, the relevant amounts will be transferred back by the party of the payment method used to make the original booking. Any Admin Fees applied will not be eligible for reimbursement. Refunds may take up to 1 month.
2. The confirmation of the booking lies at the sole discretion of Discover Qatar.
3. Every effort will be made to confirm a booking exactly as per the client’s request; however, in case of no availability, Discover Qatar reserves the right to offer similar alternatives.
4. We reserve the right to update the prices of any of the hotels, excursions and other services show on our website.
5. Discover Qatar reserves the right to cancel a booking at our sole discretion and for any cause without giving reasons for the rejection/ refusal/ cancellation. The causes may include but not limited to the following:
   • Breach of the Terms & Conditions by you
   • Suspicion of criminal activity (including but not limited to unauthorized use of a credit or debit card), fraud or theft
   • Product/ services not being available or no longer being made available by the supplier, or where the supplier has provided inaccurate price and/or information relating to their products/services
   • The provision of inaccurate, erroneous or misleading information by you
   • Problems with credit card electronic communications, information or transactions
   • In certain cases, we may require additional information or verification to validate and confirm the booking. If you choose not to submit the required additional information, reservations will not be completed and will be voided.
6. All changes are subject to the respective suppliers’ terms and policies.
