Privilege Club Members – Discover Qatar Terms and Conditions

5% special discount offer for Privilege Club Members

• Silver, Gold and Platinum Privilege Club members can enjoy 5% off every online booking of products or services purchased through Discover Qatar website (https://www.discoverqatar.qa/) (the “Offer”). The Offer starts from 31 March 2025 until further notice (the “Offer Period”). The Offer may be applicable whether the payment is settled using all or any combination of Avios and cash or card. The availability of the Offer is subject to change by Discover Qatar as stated in the Discover Qatar's General Terms and Conditions and may not be valid during the Offer Period. The Offer cannot be combined with Discover Qatar’s other discount types and cannot be used in conjunction with other Discover Qatar’s promotions and special offers.
• The Offer can be used only by Silver, Gold and Platinum Privilege Club members. Each tier has its own unique promo code as follows:

1. Silver – DQSILVER;
2. Gold – DQGOLD; and
3. Platinum – DQPLATINUM

• To redeem the Offer when booking online through Discover Qatar website, the members need to enter the promo code in the "Vouchers" field on the payment page, before choosing to pay with all or any combination of Avios and cash or card. If a booking is conducted not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, Discover Qatar reserves the rights to recover any amount that is discounted.

Redeeming Avios

• Qatar Airways Privilege Club members are able to redeem Avios on the Discover Qatar Booking, subject to the limitations set out in Privilege Club Terms and Conditions. Using Avios to buy products and services offline (at Discover Qatar kiosks at Hamad International Airport, by email or over the phone), the Offer is currently not available until further notice.
• Discover Qatar’s standard terms and conditions apply for Discover Qatar Booking purchased using Avios. Please refer to Discover Qatar general terms and conditions  at the time of booking.
• Avios required for the Discover Qatar Booking varies according to the value of the services(s) or product(s) selected. The members must have the required minimum balance of 2,000 Avios in their Qatar Airways Privilege Club account in order to redeem Avios for their payment of the Discover Qatar Booking. Pay with Avios will be available only on the Discover Qatar payment page, after selecting the product(s) or service(s).
• The Members may spend up to 98% Avios on the Discover Qatar Booking value if their Privilege Club account balance permit, or use a mix of Avios and cash or card, which will be quoted at the time of booking and in the applicable currency. If Avios value includes a fraction of an Avios point, it will be rounded up based on the currency used at the time for payment.

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

• Changes, cancellations and refunds for any Discover Qatar Booking purchased using Avios are subject to the applicable Discover Qatar’s refund policy. Please refer to Discover Qatar terms and conditions for more details about the refund.
• If the initial payment for the purchased Discover Qatar Booking is settled partially with Avios and cash or card, then any additional fees or taxes that arise as a consequence of any booking change, cancellation or refund will be adjusted from the cash or card component (Avios element shall not be adjusted). If the additional fees or taxes exceed the value of the cash or card portion, or if the purchased booking(s) is settled using Avios alone, the members must settle the additional fees or taxes separately using cash or card as Discover Qatar may request. After such settlement, Avios component (if any) will be refunded.
• Discover Qatar reserves the right to allow or restrict usage of Avios on certain product(s) or services(s) upon their discretion.

Modifications of the terms and conditions

• These Terms and Conditions may be varied by Discover Qatar at any time. The updated terms and conditions will be posted on Discover Qatar’s website and will automatically apply with immediate effect, except for Discover Qatar Bookings made prior to the date of publication of the new terms and conditions, in which case the previous version of the terms and conditions will apply.
• If there is any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Privilege Club Terms & Conditions, the provision or provisions in these Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of any conflict or inconsistency.

Earning Avios

• Subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) and the applicable Qatar Airways Privilege Club Terms & Conditions, the Privilege Club member who makes a booking for products or services on Discover Qatar website (https://www.discoverqatar.qa/) (the “Discover Qatar Booking”), will earn 1 Avios for every 2 QAR spent on Discover Qatar Booking, provided that at the time of the booking the member provides his/her accurate Qatar Airways Privilege Club membership number to the online booking widget and a full payment to the relevant booking has been made.
   

The number of Avios that the member will earn is based on the value of the products or services that are booked as set out in these Terms and Conditions. Any subsequent changes to the Discover Qatar Booking, including to the booking dates, products or services, may change the total value of the booking and the corresponding number of Avios that will be earned. The number of Avios earned will be finalized after payment has been completed and the service has been taken or the products have been used.

If the Discover Qatar Booking is a joint booking for two or more Privilege Club members, then Avios will be credited only to the first Privilege Club member who provided his/her Qatar Airways Privilege Club membership number at the time of the booking.

Avios will not be earned for:

• Refunded, forfeited, unused or expired Discover Qatar Booking;
• Discover Qatar Booking is cancelled or in case of a no-show by the member;
• where the member does not provide his/her Qatar Airways Privilege Club membership number at the time of making the Discover Qatar Booking;
• In respect of partially used products and services in the Discover Qatar Booking, or those products and services from the Discover Qatar Booking that are unused or cancelled;
• Discover Qatar Booking is cancelled by Discover Qatar due to a force majeure event, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances which are beyond reasonable control of Discover Qatar.
• Avios will be credited to the member’s Privilege Club account between 2 to 3 weeks after the Discover Qatar Booking has been fully utilised.

The statement of Avios earned can be checked online through the Privilege Club dashboard.

If Avios have not been credited, a claim for the missing Avios may be submitted to Discover Qatar Customer Service. The claim must be submitted within six (6) months after the date the product or service has been fully utilised. If the claim is valid, it may take 2 to 3 weeks for Avios to be credited after the claim has been verified valid to the member’s Privilege Club account. The claim may be submitted by sending an email to dqinfo@qatarairways.com.qa or calling +974 4144 5150.

Discover Qatar reserves the right to allow or restrict the collection of Avios on certain products(s) or services(s) through Discover Qatar Booking upon their discretion.

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Privilege Club Terms & Conditions, the provision or provisions in these Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of any conflict or inconsistency.
